DOYLE LESTER PERRY

Doyle Lester Perry, age 68 years, of the Eagle Community died March 27, 2011 at his home. Funeral services were held Wednesday March 30, 2011 at 11am with Bro. Dillard Bryant officiating. Burial was in the Taylor Cemetery. THE FAMILY WILL RECIEVE FRIENDS AFTER 6PM TUESDAY MARCH 29, 2011 AT THE FUNERAL HOME. He was born in Honeybee, Kentucky on August 7, 1942 the son of the late Grant and Alice (Vanover) Perry. He was an assembly line worker, member of the Eagle Creek United Baptist Church, and a member of the American Legion Post #115. His parents, brothers and sisters Des Perry, Maynard Perry, Dewell OJoeO Perry, Herbert Perry, Lois Perry, and 2 infant sisters precede him in death. Survivors include his wife Frances (Campbell) Perry, daughters Rita Strunk of Whitley City, Kentucky and Lana Sumner of Walland, Tennessee, brothers Ken Perry and Elzick Perry both of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, and sister Ina Higginbotham of Morrow, Ohio. 8 grandchildren also survive. Military Honors provided by American Legion Post #115. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
