DORA WATERS

Dora Waters, age 92 years, Whitley City, Kentucky died January 21, 2010. Funeral services were held Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Whitley City Church of God with Rev. Randall Brown; Rev. Eddie King; Rev. Bruce Dixon and Rev. Darrell Waters officiating. Burial was in Laurel Cemetery. She was born at Pine Knot, Kentucky on February 17, 1917 the daughter of the late Calvin and Viola Rollins Richmond. She was a retired county court clerk and member of Second Baptist Church. Her husband, Mark Lillard Waters, her parents and a daughter, Judy Carol Waters precede her in death. The deceased brothers and sisters are, Sherman Richmond; Leamon Richmond; Clinton Junior Richmond; Kenneth Richmond; Magalene Richmond and Pauline Richmond. Survivors include her children, Bob Waters and wife, Mary; Rudy Waters; Ronnie Waters and wife, Susan; Jean Ross and husband, Bob; Ken Waters and wife, Diane; George (Tweedy) Waters and wife, Geneva all of Whitley City, Kentucky; Markie Nevels and husband, Dean, Cincinnati, Ohio; Chuck Waters and wife, June, Somerset, Kentucky and Becky Gregory and husband, David, Burlington, Kentucky.
