Donald Earl Baker, age 47 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died February 25, 2014 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
He was born in Frederick, Maryland on November 8, 1966 the son of the late Robert and Shirley Baker. He was a carpenter.
His parents precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Lorena Crabtree of Whitley City, Kentucky; sons, Donald Earl Baker, Jr. of Florida, Christopher Thorn Baker and Alexander Donovan Baker both of Clayton, Georgia; brothers, Robert Baker, Jr. of Dahlanga, Georgia and Curtis Baker of Thurmont, Maryland; step children, Audrey Waters of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Heather Moore of Whitley City, Kentucky, Raven Slaven of Stearns, Kentucky, Rosa Sumler of Whitley City, Kentucky, and Cassandra Crabtree of Stearns, Kentucky; Like a brother, Larry Swallow of Redkey, Indiana; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
