Dillard Henry Maxwell, age 54 years, of Williamsburg, Kentucky died August 13, 2013 in Monticello, Kentucky. Graveside services were held Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 1pm in the Wilson-Maxwell Cemetery with Rev. David Troxell officiating.
He was born in Hamilton County, Ohio on February 17, 1959 the son of the late Lander Perry and Vina Lee (Davis) Maxwell. He was a member of the Star Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
His parents; and sisters, Jo Ann Maxwell and Nancy Ann Maxwell; and brother in law, Starlin Keith Daugherty precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Linda (Richmond) Maxwell; sons, Carl Towery and Jacob Towery all of Williamsburg, Kentucky; daughters, Tammy Rodgers of Ohio, Jennifer Frazier of Williamsburg, Kentucky; and Jaqulynn Lyons of Monticello, Kentucky; brothers, Jerry Junior Maxwell (Linda) of Whitley City, Kentucky, Lander Perry Maxwell, Jr., and Virgil Lee Maxwell both of Cincinnati, Ohio; sisters, Katherine Maxwell of Stearns, Kentucky, Rubie Lee Maxwell of Winfield, Tennessee; Della D. Duncan and companion, Richard Young of Revelo, Kentucky, and Beulah Maxwell of Whitley City, Kentucky. 15 grandchildren, best friend, Joe Frazier, nephew, Dillard Henry Akdh Green also survive.
