Delmer Edward Musgrove, age 67 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died March 25, 2012 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 28, 2012 in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Vaughn officiating. Burial was in the Keith-Morrow Cemetery.
He was born in Barthell, Kentucky on May 25, 1944 the son of the late Edward and Gladys Marie (Stevens) Musgrove. He was a die maker for Frank’s Foundry and a member of the East Appletree United Baptist Church.
His parents, son, Billy Musgrove; daughter, Lois Ann Crabtree; and brothers, Bobby Lloyd Musgrove and Billy Musgrove precede him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle (Austin) Musgrove of Stearns, Kentucky, sons, Ray Allen Musgrove of Adger, Alabama, Wayne Moses of Alabama, and Alexander Strunk of Stearns, Kentucky; daughter, Paula Musgrove and fiancé, Ronnie Allen Duncan of Oneida, Tennessee; stepsons, Brian Perry of Somerset, Kentucky and Darrell Wayne Stephens of Stearns, Kentucky; stepdaughters, Brooke Worley of Stearns, Kentucky, Dana Jones of Marshes Siding, Kentucky, and Sherrie Lynn Burk of Somerset, Kentucky; brothers, Ronald Musgrove and Donald Musgrove both of Strunk, Kentucky; and sisters, Lois Shoopman of Revelo, Kentucky and Stella Clark of Strunk, Kentucky. 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
