DEBRA JOYCE JONES

Debra Joyce Jones, age 61 years, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2017, at her home in Stearns, Kentucky. 

She was born in Jamestown, Tennessee, on December 31, 1956, the daughter of the late Vergie Beaty.   

Surviving family include her husband, Lonnie Ray Jones of Stearns, three daughters: Heather Richardson of New Jersey, Hannah Jones of Savannah, Georgia, and Lisa Jones of Corbin, Kentucky, and a brother: Ronnie Beatty of Jamestown, Tennessee.

Debra was a homemaker and member of the Cherokee United Baptist Church.  She enjoyed walking, bike riding, flowers, her dogs and spending time with family and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Inman and Bro. George Alan Coffey officiating.  She will be laid to rest at the Jones Family Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
