Debra Ann Childers

Debra Ann Childers age 69 years of Edmonton KY, died Wednesday February 21, 2024 at the TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

She was born in Cincinnati, OH on July 9, 1954, the daughter of the late Silas L. Patrick and Flora Mae (Davis) Jones. Debra was a Homemaker, enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and baking. She was a member of the Whitley City Church of God.

Her parents; sisters Donna Chester and Sherry L. Strunk precede her in death

Survivors include her son, Darren Childers (Sarah) of Evansville, IN; daughter Faith Simpson of Edmonton KY; grandchildren Jackson, Atticus, Jakob, and Joseph; sisters Sheila Stenger and Wanda Jo  Sims both of Whitley City KY.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday February 24, 2024 at 2pm at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce Dixon officiating burial to follow in the Whitley City Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday after 12pm at the funeral home.
