David Allen Neal, age 43 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died December 22, 2012 at his home. Funeral services were held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Clarence Neal officiating. Burial was in the Seed Tick Cemetery.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on December 2, 1969 the son of Macie (Vanover) Neal. He was a machine operator and member of the Indian Creek United Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Macie Neal of Whitley City, Kentucky; brothers, Clarence Neal of Bethel, Ohio, Hershal Neal of Mt Juliet, Tennessee, Alvin Neal of Somerset, Kentucky, and Jerry Neal of Whitley City, Kentucky; and sisters, Jean Barnett of Marshes Siding, Kentucky and Shirley Sizemore of Stearns, Kentucky. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
