Clinton Ridner, age 71 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died Monday, November 4, 2019 at the Claiborne County Medical Center in Tazewell, Tennessee.
He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on September 23, 1948 the son of Earl and Rosie Elizabeth (Hicks) Ridner. Clinton was a member of the Eagle Creek United Baptist Church and he loved to digging for arrowheads and playing horseshoes.
His parents; son, Timmy Ridner; brothers, James “Red” Ridner, George Ridner, and Clifton Ridner; and sisters, Gladys Dean Head, Donna Sue Ridner, and Mary Jean Rollins precede him in death.
Survivors include his sons, Vestle Ridner (Shelly) and Estle Ridner (Brittany) both of Parkers Lake, and Clinton “Bo” Ridner of Detroit; Thelma Perry of McDowell; brothers, Manuel Ridner and Doyle Ridner both of Parkers Lake; sisters, Shirley Agrabright and Terry Jones both of Parkers Lake, Zona Campbell and Dora Stanton both of Whitley City; and Pauline Bryant of East Bernstadt; 12 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Pleasant Knob Cemetery.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
