Charlotte Faye Pierce

Charlotte Faye Pierce, age 80 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died Friday, January 10, 2025 at the Somerset Nursing and Rehabilitation in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was born at Worley Hilltop, Kentucky on May 1, 1944 the daughter of the late William Theodore and Verdie Hester (Abbott) Branscum. Charlotte was a homemaker and member of the Mars Hill Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana and Order of the Eastern Star.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Henley Dwayne Watters and Tony Dallas Watters; brothers, Clarence Branscum, Thomas Lenville Branscum, Farris Branscum, Rev. Leamon Branscum, Billy Branscum, and Rev. Roger Branscum; sister, Della Crowder; and grandchildren, Amber Watters and Jeffery Scott Watters, Jr.

Survivors include her son, Jeffery Scott Watters and wife, Denise of Martinsville, Indiana; grandchildren, Brock Watters, Zackery Watters, and Brandon Watters; 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Eastern Star and Funeral services will be held 1pm Monday, January 13, 2025 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Branscum officiating. Burial will follow in the Angel Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Monday at the Funeral Home.
