He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 21, 1970 the son of Burt Waters and the late Betty Lee (Gregory) Waters. He was a welder for Hendrickson’s.
His mother precedes him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah (Patrick) Watters of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; father, Burt Waters of Whitely City, Kentucky; son, Stephens Watters of Whitley City, Kentucky; daughters, Candace Duncan of Oneida, Tennessee, and Kaytlen Watters and Betty Waters both of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; and sisters, Tracy Resanowitch of Columbia, South Carolina, Jody Roberts of Stearns, Kentucky, and Kathy Neal of Winfield, Tennessee. 3 grandchildren and 1 on the way also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
