Bud Tucker age 80 of Strunk, Kentucky, the husband of Delta Tucker, died Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at his home. Funeral services were held Friday, October 28, 2011 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. James Cox, Rev. Lloyd King, Bro. Nathaniel Waters, and Bro. Aaron McKinney officiating. Burial followed in the Highland Cemetery of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky.
He was born November 10, 1930 in Marshes Siding, Kentucky to George Washington Tucker and Alice Sellers Tucker. Bud was of the Baptist faith and was formerly a Metal Fabricator.
His parents; first wife, Eunice Griffis Tucker; son, Rick Tucker; brothers, Otha, Walter, Wilkie, Ceaf, Ray, Claude, Robert, Luther, Everett and Fay Tucker; and sisters, Nora Lewis, Lori Harris, and Marie Bear precedes him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Delta B. Tucker of Strunk, Kentucky; sons, Michael Tucker, Gary Tucker, Tony Tucker, Mark Tucker, and Randy Tucker, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughters, Darlene Hensley and Deb Miller, both of Cincinnati, Ohio; step-children, Beverly Chapman of Stearns, Kentucky , Kathy Waters, Tim Boyatt, Teresa Ball, and Michael Boyatt all of Strunk, Kentucky; 21 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
