Brenda West, age 65 years, of Marshes Siding, Kentucky died March 11, 2013 in Somerset, Kentucky at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Funeral services were held Friday , March 15, 2013 at 2pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Hurstle Daugherty officiating. Burial was in the West Ridge Family Cemetery.
She was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on November 10, 1947 the daughter of the late Luster and Ruth (Sellers) West. She was a Chirstian, press operator at the People’s Laundry Mat and machine operator at LeSportsac.
Her parents; sister, Wilma “Sis†Clark; and brother in law, Calvin Spradlin precede her in death.
Survivors include her brothers, Bud West and wife, Mary and Ken West; sisters, Lena Spradlin and Dora Strunk; brother in law Kenneth Clark; nieces and nephews, Kathy Troxell, Carla Tucker, Ken Dale Clark, David Spradlin, Tammy King, Sherry Coffey, and Clifton Lynch all of Marshes Siding, Kentucky.
