Brenda Lou Keith

Brenda Lou Keith, age 75 years, of Stearns, Kentucky died Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was born in Robbins, Tennessee on January 23, 1947 the daughter of Arlie Rufus and Dovie Alice (Phillips) McCoy.  Brenda was a homemaker, and attended the White Oak Junction United Baptist Church. She enjoyed listening to Christian music, making Holiday Meals, spending time with her grandbabies, and watching Price Is Right, Let’s Make A Deal, and UK Basketball.

Her parents; husband, Lowell Sherman Keith; daughter, Beverly Sue Keith; brothers, Verlin McCoy, Ivan McCoy, Charles Wesley, and Ronnie Grundy; sisters, Ethel Thompson and Fronnie Princess Grundy; and Granddaughter, Joy Lyons Braden precede her in death.

Survivors include her sons, Tim L. Keith and wife, Kelly of Knoxville, Tennessee and Steve Keith of Stearns, Kentucky; daughter, Christie Jean Keith of Stearns, Kentucky; brothers, Lonnie Grundy of Miami, Florida, Leon McCoy of Stearns, Kentucky, David Grundy of Florida, and Ricky Grundy of Florida; sisters, Zora Bechdolt of Vero Beach, Florida, Berdina Watson of Stearns, Kentucky, Charlene Cook of Somerset, Kentucky, Arleen Watson of Stearns, Kentucky, and Bonnie Grundy of Florida; grandchildren, Kayla Myers (Brandon Durham), Joshua Myers, Cameron Myers, Katie Myers, Brent Keith, Marissa Keith, Sierra Young, Crystal Barrier, and McKayla Watson; great grandchildren, Peyton Durham, Saylor Grace Durham, and Henley Keith; sister-in-law, Reba McCoy; friends she thought of as family, Eddie and Janet Clark; nephews, Jerry McCoy and Jim McCoy; nieces, Rita McCoy, Sue McCoy, Connie Hill, and Theresa Nelson.

Graveside services will be held 10am Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the Sherd Dobbs Cemetery with Bro. Larry Coffey officiating.
