Bonnie Jane Abbott

Bonnie Jane Abbott departed from this life on April 21, 2015 at her home in Pine Knot, Kentucky, being 92 years and 26 days old. She was born on March 26, 1932 in Ritner Kentucky, daughter of the late George Clinton Jones and Hettie Lee Jones.

 She was a homemaker. Bonnie was of the Baptist faith and a member of Cedar Grove Church.  She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Abbott, children; Audrey Lee Abbott, Daniel Wade Abbott, brothers and sisters; Wilburn Jones, Lura Cooper, Addie Jones, Luther Jones, Marvin Jones, Boyce Dean Jones, Gertie Gregory, Mertie Abbott, Carrie Mae Jones, Robert Jones, Roland Jones, Lester Jones, and Lonnie Jones.

Surviving family includes; Charlotte New (Roger) of Stearns, KY, Ladonnie Harvey ( Charles) of Dunkirk, IN, Lina Trosper of Pine Knot, KY, Glenna (Maynard) Harris of Dunkirk, IN, Rhonda Stephens of Pine Knot, KY, Sharon Myers of Portland, IN, Cynthia Bowland (David) of Deerfield, Wisconsin, Dillard Keeton (Wanda) Abbott of Pine Knot, KY, Bradley Abbott of Pine Knot, KY, fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

 Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Lawrence Haynes officiating.  Burial will follow in the Rock Springs Cemetery. The Family will receive friends on Friday evening after 6:00 at the funeral home.
