BETTY LOU KIDD

Betty Lou Kidd, age 73 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died May 10, 2010 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. Funeral services were held Sunday May 16, 2010 at 2pm in the Pleasant Run Church with Bro. Dennis Bryant officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Run Memorial Cemetery. The Family will receive freinds after 6pm Saturday May 15, 2010 at the McCreary County Funeral Home. She was born May 14, 1936 in Creekmore, Kentucky the daughter of the late J.W. and Nancy Neal Anderson. She was a supervisor at the shirt factory and a member of the Pleasant Run Baptist Church. Her parents, brothers Hurstle Anderson, Huston Anderson, Otis Anderson, Edward Anderson, Boyd Anderson, Jeff Anderson. and Arlis Anderson, sisters Bernice Anderson, and Geneva Vanover precede her in death. Survivors include her husband Oscar Lee Kidd of Pine Knot, Kentucky, sons Ronald Kidd and wife Barbara, Keith Kidd and wife Sharon, and Kenneth Kidd and wife Linda all of Pine Knot, Kentucky, daughter Sharlotte Bryant and husband Dennis of Williamsburg, Kentucky, brother Gary Lee Anderson of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and sister Shirley Rochelle Meadows of Williamsburg, Kentucky. Seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive. McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
