Betty Lou Anderson Gruzauskas age 75 of Revelo, Kentucky died Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at her home. Funeral services were held Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the McCreary County Funeral Home. Burial followed in the McCreary Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
She was born April 24, 1936 in Shoopman, Kentucky to Loyd Anderson and Hazel Edith Dobbs Anderson. Betty was a member of the Stearns First Baptist and was a caregiver. She enjoyed taking care of animals, as well as people. Betty was a member of the Humane Society, the Animal Proctection League, and had volunteered at the local museum, nursing homes, and animal shelters.
Her father, mother, and a baby brother, Roger Dale Anderson precedes her in death.
Survivors include her son, David Gruzauskas of Revelo, Kentucky, a brother, Stan Anderson of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and sisters, Geneva Lovett and husband, Coy, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Lois Bovaird of Cincinnati, Ohio, Alma Basham of Revelo, Kentucky, and Joyce Anderson of Cincinnati, Ohio.
