Betty Bartley, age 61 years, of Somerset, Kentucky died December 2, 2013 in Sebree, Kentucky at the Redbanks Colonial Terrace. Funeral services were held Friday, December 6, 2013 at 1pm with Rev. Eddie King officiating. Burial was in the Pine Knot Cemetery.
She was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on February 5, 1952 the daughter of the late Emory and Marie Earls. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Her parents; brothers, Kenneth Caddell, William Caddell, and Louis Caddell; and sister, Glenna Morrow precede her in death.
Survivors include her daughter Penny Phillips of Oneida, Tennessee; sisters, Peggy Jean Cordell of Parkers Lake, Kentucky and Georgia Frye of Revelo, Kentucky; and 4 grandchildren.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
