Bessie Alene Patrick, age 83 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died January 22, 2012 at her home. Funeral services were held Wednesday January 25, 2012 at 1pm in the Eagle Creek United Baptist Church with Rev. Stewart Jones and Bro. Doug Patrick officiating. Burial was in the Eagle Creek Cemetery.
She was born in Honey Bee, Kentucky on February 8, 1928 the daughter of the late Boney and Sarah Jane (Rose) Perry. She had worked at the Cumberland Falls State Park as a Cook and was a member of the Eagle Creek United Baptist Church.
Her parents, husband Rev. Robert Patrick, son Larry Allen Patrick, brothers Artman Perry, Raymond Perry, Waymon Perry, Hobert Perry, and Virgil Perry, and sisters Ida Spradlin and Omie Perry precede her in death.
Survivors include her sons Bobby Clayton Patrick and wife Sharon of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Bill Patrick and wife Connie of Whitley City, Kentucky, Jerry Richard Patrick and wife Judy of Jasper, Tennessee, and Kenneth Lee Patrick of Sawyer, Kentucky, daughter Janet Laverne Worley and husband Jim of Liberty, Kentucky. 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild also survive.
