ANNIE CHITWOOD

Annie Chitwood, 88 of Union, KY passed away on October 6, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.  Mrs. Chitwood was a retired cafeteria worker and was on the Elsmere Board of Education for 35 years, and a member of the Elsmere Baptist Church for 30 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin P. Chitwood and son, Jerry Chitwood. Mrs. Chitwood is survived by her daughter, Joyce (Don) Vogel of Union, KY, sons, Bruce (Patricia) Chitwood of Burlington, KY and Ronald (Katherine) Chitwood of Florence, KY, sisters, Betty Lightfoot of Ft. Thomas, KY and Irene Hester of Alexandria, KY.  Also surviving are several grand, great grand and great, great, grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 4pm to 8pm at the Linnemann Funeral Homes, Erlanger with funeral services to follow at 8pm.  A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 2pm at East Pine Knot Tabernacle Church Cemetery in McCreary Co., KY.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Charity of Donor's Choice.  "Mom you will be missed"
