Alma Ruth Lynch

Alma Ruth Lynch, age 73 years, of Jacksonville, Florida died November 13, 2012.  Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Tom Wilson and Rev. Clay Cook officiating.  Burial was in the Hayes Creek Cemetery.

She was born in Jellico, Tennessee on November 26, 1938 the daughter of the late James Oscar and Goldie (Ryan) Maxey.  She was a homemaker, a proud member of the Moose Lodge, of the Baptist Faith, and a breast cancer survivor.

Her parents; husband, Maurice (Red) Lynch; brothers, Frank Maxey, Ed Maxey, Mark Maxey, Roger Maxey, Jackie Maxey, Junior Maxey, and Billy Maxey; and sister, Betty Alice Duncan precede her in death.

Survivors include her sons, Timothy Allen Wilson and Barbara Sue of Pine Knot, Kentucky, James Ezra Wilson of Jacksonville, Florida, and Thomas Eli Wilson and Sherry Lynn of Pine Knot, Kentucky; special niece, Bridgett Vance; and sister, Mary Jewell Hail of Pine Knot, Kentucky.  3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also survive.
