Allen K Blanton

Allen K. Blanton departed from this life on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at his home in Whitley City, KY, being 48 years, 5 months and 17 days old. He was born in Green County, Ohio, on July 26, 1967 to Dallas Blanton and the late Mary Jones.

Allen was a member of the Cross Roads Baptist Church and volunteered at the church often to help serve food to the needy. He also enjoyed fishing.

Along with Allen’s mother he is preceded in death by a sister: Alycia Blanton.

Surviving family includes: his father Dallas Blanton, brothers: Elmer Blanton, Daniel Blanton, and Anthony Blanton.

In accordance with the families’ wishes his remains were cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
