Aleisha Fay Baird

Aleisha Fay (Rollins) Baird, age 31 years, of Berea, Kentucky, died Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at the UK Chandler Medical Center.

She was born June 23, 1989 in Somerset, Kentucky the daughter Gene and Paula (Turner) Rollins. Aleisha had attended the Silerville United Baptist Church, was a homemaker, had worked as a 911 Dispatcher for Whitley County, and was the life of her family.

Her grandmother, Fay Barnett; and father and mother-in-law, Paula and Anna Baird precede her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Derek Baird; sons, Jackson Baird and Jason Baird, daughter, Jaiden Baird all of Berea; brother, Tyler Rollins (Hailey) of Winchester, Kentucky; sisters, Kasey Pelfrey (Anthony) of Dayton, Tennessee and Jessica Dobbs (Jarred) of Whitley City; grandparents, Harold and Shirley Rollins of Parkers Lake; special nieces, Izzy and Danni Rollins; and numerous other nieces and nephews that she dearly loved.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Rollins and Bro. Todd Miracle officiating. Burial will follow in the Higginbotham Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Saturday at the Funeral Home.
